Orders & payments

  • We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa and Mastercard & Paynow.

  • You can reach out to our support team via our Contact form. We’ll do our best to assist you quickly.

    However, should the product have already been dispatched, we regret that no cancellation can be done. We recommend double-checking your order at checkout always.

  • We will provide a tracking number upon confirmation of order - we know you're excited for your parcel just like we are!

DELIVERY

  • We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your parcel is carefully handled. Your item will be safely packed and in good hands!

  • You will receive an automated email with delivery tracking links from NinjaVan. Alternatively, you can contact us to find out the status too

  • We sure do! We offer International Shipping to many regions via UPS. However, should there be any unforeseen circumstances with shipping troubles, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund as soon as possible.

  • We only deliver on working days (Mon - Fri). No delivery on weekends & public holidays - we apologise for any inconvenience

  • Yes you are able to if the order has not been shipped out. Heads up! Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll try our best to minimise them.

    Unfortunately, no changes can be made once your order has left the warehouse. Please contact us for further assistance as soon as possible.

  • For self collection, you may place the order online and select the "Self-Collection" option at the Shipping Method page.

    Once your order is processed, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready for self-collection.

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)
    - Free delivery for orders $80 and above
    - Delivery fee of $4.50 for orders below $80

PRODUCTS

  • All products sold are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the original manufacturer/brand.

  • Unfortunately, we do not customise our products for now. However, our carriers are highly adjustable & ergonomic, made to fit parents of different build & sizes perfectly.

  • We offer warranty for all items purchased from us directly. All products comes with a 180 days warranty period from the date goods are received.

  • You will receive a review request email from us. Alternatively, please feel free to share your product and remember to tag us @littleswimyears on Instagram :)

RETURN POLICY

  • All opened products are non-exchangeable. Unopened products will be subjected by case basis.

  • For defective products, do get back to our Customer Care within 7 days.

    To make a refund/claim, contact us with photos (or videos, where appropriate) showing the damage/fault and a detailed description. We'll get back within 5 business days to guide you through the return/refund process.

  • We offer warranty for all items purchased from us directly. All products comes with a 180 days warranty period from the date goods are received.
